Grandmaster Kwon Jae Hwa
Learning a martial art is a lifelong endeavor. It's not about who's the fastest, the strongest, or the smartest, but about giving your best in everything you do and working tirelessly to improve yourself. The ultimate goal of Taekwon-Do is to create, not destroy. It promotes the development of a physically and mentally balanced personality. Any imbalance is avoided. Concentration and perseverance, the ability to control yourself and your thoughts, and overcoming fear and exhaustion are important components of training your body and mind. Never give up."
